Her ability to support families, residents, and her team under pressure is one of the reasons she’s so highly respected.

👥 What Others Say
Colleagues describe Amrit as honest, reliable, and deeply committed. Though she may be quietly spoken at first, those who work with her quickly discover her deep knowledge and quiet strength.
One of her proudest moments was saving a resident from choking—her fast response prevented a tragedy and showcased her skill and calm under pressure.
⸻
🌼 Outside of Work
When she’s not managing the home, Amrit enjoys cooking, cleaning (yes, really!), and going to the gym. She’s a fan of Love Island and never says no to a malted milk biscuit—especially with a strong cup of tea (three sugars!).
If she could do any job for a day, she’d be Prime Minister—so she could change tax rules and improve pension access for everyone.
⸻
💬 What Inspires Her?
“Seeing my residents happy—and hearing feedback from families about how well their loved ones are doing.”

🌟 Amrit’s Advice for New Carers
“Learn, ask, and keep asking. You’ll never stop learning in this job.”
